Here at META.MORE.PHOSIS I’m not only passionate about life transformations and personal growth, but also about clean living, wellness, creativity, fashion, art and travel.  I’m a stay at home mom and woman reengaging my faith, an Erewhon and Whole Foods junkie, lover of grilled veggies, vinyasas and nature walks, can make anything from nothing, my favorite fashion houses are Schiaparelli, Bottega Veneta and La Salvacion Armé…the Salvation Army, I love thrifting…favorite contemporary artists are Yinka Shonibare and Nick Cave, no coincidence their work exists at the intersection of art and fashion…and the most appreciated country I’ve visited is Japan and Morocco is at the top of my list to visit next.  Life is as good as we make it and it’s our duty to take the reins to make it the best!
